Vacant Home Staging​

There is no "out of the box" stage. When staging a vacant home, we conduct a data driven analysis on key factors affecting the sale of your home. We then use that analysis to create a Professional Interior Presentation Plan to get your home set to get sold.

What to Expect:

  • Walk Through: Our designer will meet you at your property to tour the home and discuss your timeline, budget, and needs. We will photograph and take measurements of the areas to be staged. (30 minutes) We also offer virtual walk throughs. Please contact us for details.
  • Finalize Plan: We will work with you to clearly define the scope and budget of the project.
  • Implementation of Design: On your scheduled staging day, our staff works their magic to transform your property into a listing that every​ serious buyer will want to tour.
  • Staging Removal: Once your house has sold, we will come back to remove the staging items.​​
